Exisiting out of: Centrifugal pump feed pump to the pasteuriser, inlet filter, Balance tank with 3 level sensors, spraybowl for cip, 3 level sensor. main pump (Alfa-laval model: LKH70/240 DMS 22kW with Flushed seal). Steam controlvalve (samson), steam/hotwater heatexchanger, condens trap, watercirculation pump (hot water set on separate skid). Plateheatexchanger, 4 section, 2x regeneration (block for connection of homogeniser or separator), heating and icwater cooling 4-55-65-4°C. Holding tube, approx of 300sec at 25T, insulated mounted on top of the heateschanger, size holding: 5 x 6 x 6mtr = 180mtr pipe, 4" = approx 1,400ltr = 200sec at 25T/h . Flowdiversion valve and all sensors, icewater valves (Samson). variable speed 25,000-37,000ltr/h at 25T upt to 95°C at 37T up to 65°C.
