Carousel Cup filling- sealing machine. Formats on this machine round 95 mm. Capacity depends on viscosity and foam properties of the product and shape- and headspace of the packaging. Steps of the machine: 1) Preformed cups unstacking with vacuum, 2) Cup decontamination by peroxide injection and drying with superheated steam in 4 steps. Electric air heater built on the machine. 3) Predoser, cutting of doser for viscous products like fruit jams, CIP-cleanable by placing a cleaning bar. 4) Main doser, positive doser, combination filler, flexible for thinner and thicker products CIP-cleanable by placing cleaning bar. 5) Seal decontimanation (by infrared radiators) and applying station . 6) Heat sealing. 7) seal checking station by squeezing the cup and seal detecting. 8) Over Snap cap Lid pressure station (only for 95mm) 9) Outfeed to conveyor belt.
