Butterblock de-boxing packer. The machine cuts open the carton box by Special hardened knives, side and long side and transfers the empty cartons out of the packer. The cold 25 kg butter blocks (still in plastic) are transported further on a outfeed conveyor. The de-palletizing Robot-system is also available under STN15962. The packer with conveyors has a Siemens S7 control system with integrated MCC and an intuitive Siemens Touch Panel for visualization.
