Robot used for de-palletizing cold butter bulk blocks. With a capacity of ca. 320 cartons of 25 kg. The ABB robot accurately positions carton boxes from the pallet onto the infeed conveyor of the de-boxer. The deboxing packer also available under STN15963. The pallet transport system includes an infeed conveyor for wooden pallets, a separate conveyor for empty pallets, a depalletizing station, a pallet stacking station and a removal station for stacked pallets. The robot with conveyors has complete safety covering. Controls: Siemens S7 with operation panel. The empty boxes are transported via the conveyors outside the unit.
