Stations: cup destacking, main piston doser for viscose products with double jacketed hopper with agitator in hopper for hot fill (CIP cleanable), preformed seal dispending by vacuum, heat sealing, snap-on lid, outfeed on +/- 1 meter single lane outfeed conveyor. Machine has Plexiglas safety guards. Easy format change. Relay controlled with on/off switches.
