Dry curd distribution. Pre draining system for open structure cheese like Tilsiter or Rossiysky types cheese. Previously mounted on a APV OPD pre presss. The curd/whey mix is pumped to the system where the whey is drained of and the curd falls down in a prepress. Width of spreader: 170 cm.
