"Dosing, dissolving and mixing set for automatic dissolving of powders 3 powders in a liquid. Originally used for whey powder, vitamins, and sugar. Whey powder and sugar dosing by means of powder lock and dosing screw, vitamins with a small dosing screw. The powders come together with the liquid in the special mixing head. The liquid can be preheated by a plate exchanger to the desired dissolving temperature. Material: 1) Powder funnel / separator Aso tpe KPL. A22 with vibratory motor type: AAS 0.5 Gr.2 2) Powder lock 3) 2 Dosing worms, Double worm under a funnel type Azodos P30/2 4) Dispergator with flush seal, 15kW, 3,000rpm, butterfly valve on inlet, by-pass valve for cleaning. 5) Product heater with plate heat exchanger (Tetra Clip8-RH, bj2000), 1 section and hot water set used on outlet from 45->73°C, 7,000ltr/hour but can also be used on inlet to heat product to complete with hot water set, water circulation pump (KSB), steam control valve, stainless steel expansion vessel and heat exchanger steam/hot water (Tetra CB).
