Filling, wrapping and labelling machine for triangle portions of processed cheese with automatic collecting/boxing into pre-formed carton boxes. The empty box with cover are fed in the top of the machine (no automatic infeed system of boxes). The machine opens the box, fills with the portions and closes the box. Filling machine is double head. Current format triangle portions, 17,5 and 25gram. Cluster: 8/8, Ø 109 mm, 140 /200 gram per cluster. Single strip easy opening system (tear cell / Tircel) for inserting of red tape into a packed portion for easy opening of the portion. Capacity: 240 portions per minute. Double jacketed hopper of ± 100 liter with agitator. Product consistency warm, semi-liquid, filling temperature 75-90 °C. Label application with cold glue tank. Including control panel. Casing by doors with stainless steel frame and polycarbonate windows. Total dimensions: ca. 350x300x220 (lxwxh) cm - weight: +/- 2.700 kg. Currently without box infeed system.
