Skidmounted butter or blocks of vegetable fat melting unit including tank (double jacketed) with heated grid and top plate. The blocks are placed on the heated grid and melted. The liquid drops on a plate and afterwards in the collecting tank. The tank has a propellor agitator (motor 0,55 kW) in liquid fat (so also for vegetable fat suitable), cover, LLS and Temperature Transmitter.
