Sterile air treatment system. Originally used on a aseptic machine can be used to blow sterile air of which the temperature can be controlled for instance for filling machines or set of tanks. The unit is existing out of frame with 2 blowers (Wittig DST 140, 112 m3/h, 7,5 kW each) placed in a sound proof box. A separate skid with a stainless steel filter (steamable), injection of peroxide and desinfectant by dosing pump into the air and tubular heat exchanger for cooling the air with ice water. Including all interconnecting piping and valves, controls (Siemens S5 PLC, to be replaced). Total outside dimensions: 1,3 x 2,7 x 2,5 and 1,3 x 1,3 x 1,8 mtr.
