Big cheese moulds, 12 pieces, previously used to make Emmental cheeses. Moulds are partly perforated with covers/nets (15 pieces). Inner Ø 75 cm - outer Ø 77 cm. Total height: 47 cm, perforated section 35 cm. Used in combination with Draining and pressing system, available under our STN15792 and STN15793.
