Kettle 55 ltr. with agitator, double jacketed for water circulation and insulated, with heating element 9 kW. Plate heatexchanger as cooler (Schmidt Sigma 7 NCN). Water buffer heatable. A lobbe productpump (tri lobbes) to pump the cream through the cooler, and 2 x hotwater circulation pumps and electric boiler.
